CINARS Biennale is organised in Montreal, Canada, and is one of the key international networking and market places for performing arts. The programme includes performances, discussions and an exhibition area.
Dance Info and CircusInfo Finland is putting together a Finnish delegation of 10-12 participants. Active participation in the travel programme and presenting one’s own work and organisation is an essential part of the trip. We also take part in the joint Nordic booth, make site visits to key venues in Montreal.
Two coaching webinars regarding international work are arranged, one in August and the other in October 2022. Selected participants commit to taking part in these.
For whom: Circus and dance professionals: producers, artists and managers who already have experience of international work.
Travel and accommodation support:
We support travel and accommodation costs up to max. 1500 € per person and cover the registration to CINARS. Participants need to cover additional travel expenses as well as meals, public transport, airport transfer and other such costs themselves.
Participants are obliged to write a travel report, which will be published as a blog post on Dance Info and CircusInfo Finland’s websites.
